What is a post-cleaning walkthrough?

A post-cleaning walkthrough allows pros to quickly and easily take photos of the place after the cleaning is done. There is not limit to how many photos you can take but providing high level photos to show your host how the places is staged is helpful. And in some instances, taking detailed photos such as bathroom drain or clean oven or clean coffee basket is helpful as well.

  2. Helps you and your hosts easily access photos in case of guest complaints.

  3. No more deleting photos from your phone library. Photos are uploaded directly on our servers.

How to get started?

  1. First and foremost: Download the latest version of our mobile app Walkthrough feature is not available on web.

  2. On the day of the job, go the job view.

  3. Click on "Start Job"

  4. Complete the inspection

  5. Under Walkthrough card:

    1. If your host has created a staging guide and checklist, you will see "Start Walkthrough" button and the app will guide you through photos you will need to take that are required by your host. Once you're done with all the spaces, simply click "Save and Close"

    2. If your host has not created a staging guide, you will be in charge of deciding which photos to take by tapping "Take Photos" button. Take as many photos as you like, then tap the "X" on the top left. Review all the photos and once done, simply tap "<--" on the top left to go back to the job view.

  6. Tap "Mark Complete" to end the job and the system will notify the host and send the walkthrough photos to them automatically.
