Hello there,

Welcome to Automatebnb, a short-term rental operational platform built with simplicity in mind so getting you set up will only take 5 - 10 minutes!

What we will cover

  • Step 1: Add your first property

  • Step 2: Import your calendar

  • Step 3: Invite and assign your pro

  • Step 4: Create your staging guide (Beta)

Step 1: Add your first property

  1. Login to your Automatebnb account. If you don't have an account, you can sign up here.

  2. Under Properties tab, click on New Property

  3. Fill out your property information and click Next.

    πŸŽ‰ Your property is now added!

πŸ’‘Property information added here will be visible for each job assigned to a pro for this property. This way you don't get asked for wifi password, trash information, etc.

Step 2: Import your calendar

  1. Click on Import calendar tab.
    ​

  2. Paste your calendar url (.ics), which is provided by your channel manager or property management software (PMS) and click Next.

πŸŽ‰ Great! Your calendar will sync in background and new jobs will appear under Jobs tab

πŸ’‘ You can link additional channel calendars later by going to Import calendar tab for this property. View the entire list of integrations we currently support.

Step 3: Invite and assign your pro

  1. Click on Invite and assign pro
    ​

  2. Fill out the information and click Invite and assign
    ​

  3. If you have multiple properties, please repeat these steps for each property. If you would like to invite more pros, simply go to My pros tab and click Invite a pro

πŸ’‘Your pro will receive a text message instantly with a link to sign up. The system will also automatically assign all upcoming jobs to your pro.

Step 4: Create your staging guide (Beta)

Staging guide allows you to create a visual guide for your pros so your property can be setup exactly how you want it for every job. Once you setup the guide, your pro will be able to view it for each job you assign to them to ensure they meet your expectations. Your pro will also be required to take photos during their final walkthrough in the app so you can have a peace of mind knowing your property is ready for your guests.
